These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and y9game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y9game website located at https://y9game.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

y9game is an English-language online gaming and sports betting information platform designed for players in Pakistan and other permitted markets. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer content, sports betting markets and related gaming services.

By accessing, registering on, or using y9game in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the y9game website at https://y9game.cam and all related mobile, web and application-based services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or match bonuses credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements and other promotional conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must bet in qualifying games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and source-of-funds verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals, may be completed.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by the operator's internal compliance policies.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 11 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, multi-accounting and use of automated software.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used in illustrative examples throughout these Terms.

Your use of the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance takes effect from the earliest of: (a) your completion of the account registration process; (b) your first deposit of funds; or (c) your first use of any gaming or betting feature of the Platform.

These Terms are provided in English. Where the Platform displays content in other languages for accessibility purposes, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

y9game reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use an Account on y9game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. If the operator's jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age (such as 21), that higher age limit applies to you.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited or where you have verified that your participation is lawful.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of y9game or any affiliated entity.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from this Platform or any affiliated platform, or where self-exclusion has expired, you have not been barred from re-registration.
6. You are not a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as identified by the operator from time to time.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for personal use, to circumvent a suspension, or to exploit promotional offers — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents;
• A valid email address that you own and have access to;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure, unique password for your Account;
• Any other information requested by the Platform's registration form or KYC process.

You must keep your account credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not such activities were authorised by you. y9game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension pending re-verification.

y9game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and age verification obligations. KYC verification may be required before you can make a withdrawal, deposit above certain thresholds or access certain platform features.

Typical KYC documentation that may be requested includes:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport);
• Proof of address where required (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, typically dated within 90 days);
• A selfie or liveness check to confirm your identity matches your documents;
• Verification of any payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

y9game may conduct ongoing due diligence checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Where enhanced due diligence (EDD) is required, you may be asked to provide additional documentation regarding the source of your funds or source of wealth. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Deposits to your y9game Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers with providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current payment agreements and applicable compliance requirements.

The following general conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the account cashier at the time of deposit;
• Deposits must be made from a payment source owned by and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• y9game does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity;
• The Platform operates in PKR where applicable. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions in other currencies;
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

Withdrawals from your y9game Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to you;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, your verification status and the operator's internal review cycle. No processing time is guaranteed;
• The operator reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts;
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Sticky bonuses cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances — only cash winnings derived from sticky bonus play may be eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the relevant promotion's terms;
• Where maximum cashout limits apply to a bonus, any winnings above that cap will not be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

y9game may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page prior to opt-in. By opting into any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement specifying how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. This is expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus equates to PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet/stake limit applies (e.g., PKR 500 per spin or round). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus entirely;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period (e.g., 7, 14 or 30 days from activation) by which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry;
• Maximum Cashout: Many bonuses carry a maximum cashout cap on bonus-derived winnings (e.g., PKR 50,000). Winnings above this cap will not be transferred to your withdrawable balance;
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to abuse promotions, multi-accounting to obtain multiple bonuses, and deliberately low-risk wagering patterns to clear wagering requirements — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games and sports betting markets available on y9game are governed by the rules set out by the respective game provider or sports data partner. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules explicitly provide otherwise.

The following general wagering rules apply across all gaming verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and the user elects to use it;
• y9game reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or any circumstances that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed;
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the Platform's recorded result shall be definitive, subject to formal dispute procedures outlined below;
• RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on game pages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session result;
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. The Platform reserves the right to withhold jackpot payment pending full review;
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published by the sports data partner. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event;
• Cricket, PSL and ICC tournament markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches, no-result declarations and weather-affected results are settled in accordance with the applicable market settlement rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y9game. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, without refund:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, fabricated or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games or sports markets;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through matched betting on the same platform, multi-accounting, or deliberate low-variance wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any form of automated betting software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals with your bank or payment provider while retaining the benefits of your deposits on the Platform;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal or convert proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, technical error or misconfigured game to accrue winnings beyond what would occur under normal operation;
• Accessing from Restricted Jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxies or any circumvention technology to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where access is prohibited.

y9game is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base, including all players from Pakistan. Gambling on y9game is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not a source of income. Losses are a normal expected outcome of gambling. The Platform does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month after which further play is temporarily restricted;
• Session Time Limits: Set an alert or automatic session end after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for a self-chosen period (days, weeks, months or permanently). Contact support to activate self-exclusion immediately;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net result.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you should use these tools immediately and seek independent support. y9game encourages players to gamble within their means and to never chase losses.

All content on the y9game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall platform design — is the property of y9game or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission;
• Use any automated data collection technique, including scraping, crawling or indexing, against the Platform;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or labels from Platform content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external server or website.

The y9game name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of y9game trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y9game and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features;
• Any interruption, suspension, termination, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activities on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Any technical errors, delays or failures in game software, data feeds or payment processing systems beyond our reasonable control;
• Any reliance by you on information provided on the Platform, including odds, promotions or game RTP figures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

y9game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifying edits or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice. In all cases, the version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at the time of your activity governs that activity.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and notify us at [email protected] to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer rights protections you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact y9game's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage without escalation.

If informal resolution fails, formal disputes may be submitted in writing to the operator's registered address or via the email address provided in Section 17. y9game will acknowledge all formal dispute notices within 5 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 28 calendar days of receipt.
